The house has 4 air-conditioned double bedrooms and one VIP room, 6 bathrooms, a large fitted kitchen and a view point sala / lounge area offering breath-taking views of the open sea and evening sunsets. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator, stereo system, 25" TV and VCD player.
On the ground floor is a billiards table and a private pool adjoining the lower deck. A small garden envelopes the rear of the property.
The house also comes with a live-in maid who stays downstairs and she is available to make breakfast, tidy the rooms, do the laundry and ironing, look after the house in general and also baby sit or take care of the children if required.
Motorbike rental and car hire can be arranged and besides Big Buddha’s and Bophut’s most charming beachfronts, a full complement of services and restaurants are just a few minutes from your door.
